The targeted leverage effect : companies must charge all their carbon consumed to their customers. 100% of consumers ask to reduce -> companies anticipate by decarbonising!

Freedom : finished charged mental, it's the secure magnetic card that carries the carbon points and then the monthly statements explain where we are!

A factor of social justice    : huge    disparities     : if average at 9t, the richest 10% are at 25t and the least rich 50% are at 5t. 68% of French people are below the allocated budget and can cede their surpluses to the adjuster which will be requested by the richest so as not to starve!

The return to the good life    : the mechanism generates the    relocation     economy and abandon overconsumption and products of planned obsolescence, we have more availability of relationships, self-production, sport, gastronomy!
